Washburn to Presque Isle:(9 miles)This trail was an old rail road bed. It runs along the Aroostook River. There is alot of good scenery areas along the way. This trail does cross the Aroostook River halfway between Washburn and Presque Isle near a little village called Crouseville. It is the longest atv and snowmobile bridge in Maine!! There is an old cementary from the 1800's and  there is a gravel pit near by and it is OFF LIMITS, NO ATV's, Closer to Presque Isle you will come to a fork in the trail and if you go left it will take you buy a trail that will go to WalMart ,Arbys,Pizza Hut,and other places. to the
Aroostook Center Mall
and that will take you toward Phair Junction and if you go right at the fork that will take you pass the Star city Mud hole thats on the left and then you will pass the turn off to the Haines trail on the right and the trail continues to MPG Shell gas station where the trail crosses the road and goes to the Presque Fair Grounds where it ends. Back at mud pit, The Star City ATV Club made this nice big mud run pit to keep atvers from going out and mudding private land. It is free to the public!!
  There's a ATV rentals (polaris) in Washburn and Two lodges for night and weekend packages, and very low rates ,lower than a Hotel room!!
Presque Isle to Phair Junction:(11 miles) This trail runs around fields and through the woods to Phair Juction where it then gets on a railroad bed that goes to Houlton.
Phair Junction to MarsHill(around 15 miles),MarsHill to Monticello(around 25 miles), Monticello to Houlton(not sure on the miles)This trail is a old rail road bed and has alot of picnic area along the trail and also alot of very nice
scenery spots
. I also has a high narrow bridge in Monticello and is very awesome. Just about 2 miles after the bridge there is a very good resturant called The Blue Moose. This is a very long trail,plan a days trip.
Washburn to Mapleton:(8 miles)This is an old railroad bed.
Mapleton's Mountain loop trail:(40 miles) This ia a wooded/Mountain range trail and is a very nice long days ride. You may not need it but extra gas is
recommended
and a lunch.
Washburn to Caribou:(11 miles) RailRoad bed trail.
Washburn to Stockholm:(24 miles)This is an RailRoad bed and goes all the way to Vanburen and there are alot of Moose!!
Stockholm to Caribou:(20 miles) Old Rail Road bed
Stockholm to VanBuren:(21 miles)Old Rail Road bed
VanBuren/Grand Isle/Madawaska/Frenchville/St Agatha,Fortkent/Saint Frances Areas: The best Wooded/Mountain Range trail ever!! To many words to expain it. It has three or more nice camp sites.
Washburn to New Sweden:RailRoad bed with picnic areas

MarsHill to Easton to Fair Junction:Very long days ride and it goes over
Marshill Mountain
and goes through mainly woods and a few fields. This trail starts around Phair junction and comes back onto the same trail just before
MarsHill
along the power lines just across from the Griffin trail. There is a gas station in Easton,Ferris Oil. This trail runs afew miles of the
Canadian/American Border
behind MarsHill Mountain. You might run on the Canada side for a few feet at a time back and back and forth along the Border Cement markers. You will not be in trouble if you stay on the trail,DONT GO ANY FURTHER OR YOU WILL!!
Griffin Trail: (20 miles) Wooded trail that starts after Marshill and goes out toward #9 and then loops back to Marshill where the Power lines run alond the railroad atv trail.in MarsHill.
Sugar Hollow Mountain Trail ( 7 miles)This trail is a wooded mountain scenery trail. It junctions off the Washburn,PI trail by the Longest ATV bridge and comes back on the same trail in PI.

New Sweden:to Caribou/Vanburen trail:(4 miles) Nice trail with a very small covered bridge and on the caribou side is muddy and fun.
Madawaska area
Presque Isle to Caribou(Fort Fairfield rd):(around 10 miles) This Trail is a old RailRoad bed trail and is a narrow trail. This trail is alittle rough and is not a high speed trail but it is a nice slow/medium trail with nice scenery
Easton to Fort FairField:I have no info on this trail.
